Client: maxblue (part of Deutsche Bank)
Industry: Financial Services
Role: UX and Design Delivery Manager
About: The original contract was to improve maxblue's online processes just like we did with the main Deutsche Bank Girokonto and go mobile. We did just that (increasing the onboarding even more at 500%) but we also explored new ideas with them and pitched to them re-imagining the whole business.

About: Managed the design and delivery of 7 total financial services projects, managing as many as 24 UX and graphic designers. Worked closely with bank lead to develop changes to the existing workflow and customer journeys. Added Video Identification to decrease onboarding time. Onboarding for Girokonto (checking account) up 200%.

About: Led UX research to improve the overall working methods in global chemistry labs as well as understanding the data demands and potential digital solutions to increase efficiency. The result was the design of a Digital Workplace complete with project management, experiment collaboration and tracking features.

About: Bayer’s third-generation anti-counterfeiting cap, integrating QR code verification and tamper-evident tech for crop protection products. Launched across Europe, CapSeal empowered farmers to authenticate goods instantly via the Bayer Seal Scan app, enhancing supply chain trust and safety.

About: The Advanced Analytics team was hosting a global hackathon and need to promote it. Enter "jack of all trades" John Fox. Developed a creative concept and layout to capture the essence of the AA team and the event for an audience in Europe, Americas and Asia.

About: With only days before a major trade show, the Innovation Group needed a way to gather information to understand the TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane) opportunities in the shoe market. I designed and developed this shoe configurator for a tablet which my colleague used to gather data.

Client: ImaginGO, CreativeThinking.ai

About: ImaginGO uses various prompts to stimulate open-ended answers to problems. How well could ChatGPT handle and assess those creative responses. I developed CreativeThinking.ai as a proof of concept to understand how to work with the OpenAI API and also understand the value it cold bring.
